Homerads Deliveries

At Homerads we offer delivery direct to your door. This page will tell you more about our delivery services, charges and the areas we can deliver to.

Delivery Services:

For quick and speedy delivery of goods, we use the services of various reliable and trustworthy carriers. Items will either be despatched from our warehouse or direct from suppliers, depending on stock levels and the best method for prompt delivery. When ordering multiple items you may receive the goods in separate deliveries, we will notify you of this prior to sending the goods out.

Points To Note:

1) All goods will require a signature upon delivery.

2) If you are unable to collect/sign for your goods, please enter an alternative delivery address.

3) It is not possible to change the delivery address once the order has been dispatched.

Delivery Times:

1) The estimated delivery times are displayed on every product (to the right of the product image) the times stated are working days. Although we try our best to keep our delivery schedules on time, these dates are approximate, therefore, we suggest that you do not schedule any installation work until you’ve received the items and checked them over for any damages. All goods will be delivered on normal working days. There will be no deliveries on public holidays.

2) We may be able to expedite the delivery date for certain goods at an additional cost, if you require specific goods sooner than the time stated please contact our team on admin@homerads.com

Delivery Charges:

1) As we use the services of various reliable and trustworthy carriers delivery charges do vary on products, to see the delivery charge for your order please add the items into your basket and fill out your details.

Delivery Locations:

1) We are only able to deliver to addresses within mainland UK. The delivery prices quoted are applicable to most UK Mainland addresses only.

Further Information:

1) It is necessary that somebody be present at the delivery address until 6:00 pm on the day of delivery, since the carriers we use require a signature to complete the delivery process. (we always aim to deliver between 08:00 and 18:00).

2) Large items may require delivery via pallet - it is important that you notify us of any access problems to your property. Pallets will be delivered as close as possible to your property. We regret that delivery drivers are not permitted to engage in heavy lifting due to health and safety restrictions.

3) We have specified approximate stock availability on each product page on our website. If there are any issues with stock availability, after you have placed the order, we will notify you via e-mail or we will call you regarding your order.

4) We request your goods are thoroughly checked for any visible damage at the time of the delivery. If they are damaged please refuse the delivery and notify us immediately. If not possible please check the goods over shortly after and notify us. Please note damages have to be reported within 3 days of receiving the goods, any claims outside of this time will not be accepted. If we are notified within the 3 days we’ll arrange a free collection and will offer you a replacement or full refund.
