Homerads Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your items. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request to return it to us for a refund, store credit or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

Return Unwanted Items:

All return requests must be submitted within fourteen (14) days of the receiving the goods. All returned items must be in new and unused condition with original packaging along with any accessories and free gifts received with them. If this criteria is not met your refund request may be declined or your refund may be void.

Return Process:

To return an item, please email our team at admin@homerads.com with your order number, reason for return and images of the item / packaging in the current condition. If the box is unopened, do not open it to take additional images, only provide images of the box.

If your return request is accepted we may offer to collect the goods for a reasonable collection charge or we will provide the return address for you to send the item back to at your own expense - We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method for your return.

We are within our rights to reduce your refund to reflect any reduction in the value of the products caused by damage while in your possession.

If you notify us after the fourteen (14) day period we will not be able to accept return of the goods.

Cancelling Your Online Order:

If you cancel before the item is dispatched, you will receive all your money back.

If the item has been shipped we will request that you refuse the delivery and refund you the full amount once it arrives back into our warehouse. If delivery is accepted we will open a returns procedure, we may have to charge you for the return of the goods. Please see the Return Unwanted Items section above.

Refunds:

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least five (5) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will reimburse you no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive the returned goods. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

Exceptions:

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

1) Bespoke Radiators made to your requested specifications

2) Painted Radiators made to your requested colour

3) Items marked as non returnable on the website

Damages:

We request your goods are thoroughly checked for any visible damage as soon as the delivery is accepted. In the unlikely event that your goods arrive damaged or faulty, we’ll arrange a free collection and will offer you a replacement or full refund.

Exceptions:

1) Damages have to be reported within 3 days of receiving the goods, any claims outside of this time will not be accepted.

2) The items have been installed or attempted to be installed

3) You no longer have the original packaging

Faulty Items:

If the fault occurs within 30 days of purchase, we’ll offer you either a repair, exchange or refund.

Most products come with at least a 1 year guarantee, so if your product develops a fault after 30 days we’ll offer you either a repair or replacement in accordance with the terms of the Consumer Rights Act 2015. In all cases we reserve the right to inspect the product and verify the fault.

To report a faulty item, please email our team at admin@homerads.com with your order number, the fault along with images to support this claim.

Once we have determined there is a fault we will then give you either a refund, exchange or offer you a repair of the product. You will not be charged for the collection of faulty goods. We test returned items, and if a returned item is found not to be faulty by our technicians we will return the item to you, in this instance you will be liable for the return carriage.
